We are fully equipped to carry out the annual inspections and five yearly load tests for the “Means of Embarkations and Disembarkations” as per the IMO SOLAS requirements under MSC.1/Circ.1331.
A full set of water weight bags ranging from 90kg to 10000kg allows us to make a variety of combinations to obtain the required weight.
Calibrated deadweights are available for larger sizes of load tests on Cargo Gear, etc.
For less accessible areas like engine rooms, we have our load cells to perform the load tests, provided we have access to proper fixation points.
For (welded) pad eyes and other lifting points we even have our own specialized pull testing device capable to test up to 10 tons.
Our workshop is equipped with a vertical hydraulic test bench with a maximum capacity of 250 MT which can be used for in-house testing of any type of release hook, strapping or lifting equipment.
