Since its inception in 2014, GC Industries has been working very closely with Navitec NV. After the move to the new offices at Emdenweg 11 in Antwerp, we also share the same address. In the meantime, both companies are also an integral part of H2O Group and the collaboration has become even stronger.
In order to fully benefit from this synergy on both sides, we have therefore decided to merge the two companies on October 1st, 2025.
All activities of both Navitec and GC Industries will continue unabated under Navitec’s existing company registration. The entire staff and all other assets of GC Industries have been integrated in Navitec.
