Our fully equipped and certified workshop and highly trained mobile teams are geared up to carry out fast and economical repairs to ensure your operational security.
Ship Repair is often seen as crude work, involving a lot of cutting, welding and hammering. Needless to say that in a large number of cases this still rings true, we consume well over 100 metric tons of steel annually for hull, hatch cover and crane repairs alike.
But we are no stranger to the internals of a main engine or the specifics of boilers and coolers. You can rely on Navitec for pulling liners, overhauling valves and winches, repairing boilers and performing maintenance on auxiliary engines, electric installations and the like.
We have engaged in a continuous investment program invest new and upcoming technologies and to develop our staff.
At Navitec, we have a fully equipped workshop of over 4000m². It is equipped with a wide variety of machinery such as, lathes, milling machines, a press brake and a large plasma cutting table.
Our workshop staff is ready to machine and fabricate a multitude of materials and parts. They too understand the urgency and flexibility often required for marine repairs. We keep a large stock of steel plates in different qualities and different sizes and qualities of axles, rods, pipes and tubes readily available.

To get around in the ARA area we employ a large fleet of close to 30 vehicles. It contains large open vans, fully equipped with all welding tools, diesel welding generator and safety items like extended first aid kits and fire blankets and extinguishers. But also smaller closed vans with mechanical equipment.
To support all of our activities we also operate two big trucks. These have a loading bed of 20m² and operational loading capacity of over 13 metric tons. More importantly, both trucks are equipped with a 15t crane allowing us to independently pick up or install heavy equipment.
